There are many questions you may have if you've found that your car has been towed. Here are some of the most common questions we receive.

What if my car needs to be towed on a flatbed or is All-Wheel Drive?

If your car requires it, we would use dollies to lift all of the wheels off of the ground. See the below video demonstrating this.

**Please note that this video is for demonstration purposes only and we never traveled on any roads. Had we done so, the vehicle would have been strapped down.

When do the fees go up?

Fees increase after the initial 24 hours and every 24 hour period to follow. Daily storage fees increase at a rate of $50.00 per 24 hours or any portion of for a normal passenger vehicle.

When can I pick my vehicle up?

Any time you'd like. We are open and available 24/7, 365. Holidays Included.

Do you accept checks?

No we do not.

Do you accept check cards?

Yes. You must have a matching government issued photo ID.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards EXCEPT American Express. You must have a matching government issued photo ID.

What if my parking brake was on?

We are equipped with all of the latest, modern tools of the trade to safely tow your vehicle.

What if I wasn't parked there very long?

Unfortunately there is no grace period on parking violations.

I have been parking there for weeks. Why was I towed?

Just like the police cannot catch every offender, we cannot tow every vehicle in violation every night.

I updated my tags. Why didn't you check with DMV first?

We don't have access to DMV records. We can only go by what is displayed on the vehicle.

DMV told me I had 30 days for my inspection. Why did you tow me?

DMV gave you 30 days for your emission inspection. The safety inspection is required by law by the Virginia State Police on any vehicle with VA tags and there is absolutely no grace period.

Do you accept payment online?

At this time we do not accept payments online. We hope to offer this in the future.

I need a car towed from my community/space. What do I do?

Give us a call at (703) 339-2400. We have dispatchers available 24/7 that will take down some information and get a truck dispatched to you.

What area do you service?

We service Fairfax County, Alexandria City, Fairfax City, and the City of Falls Church.

Is there a service fee?

No, the community doesn't pay us and we don't pay them.

Do you provide photos of each vehicle towed?

Yes. Those can be automatically emailed for every tow and you can also view them online under your account portal.
